1. Runout Tester

              The Runout Tester is specialized equipment for measuring radial circular runout errors of shaft-type parts, face runout errors of locating shoulders, circular runout errors of disc-type parts, and face runout errors. Its core structure consists of two centers of equal height, positioned at each end of parallel guide rails, working in conjunction with a movable dial indicator on the guide rail to inspect workpieces. During measurement, the workpiece is supported by the centers and rotated. The swing range of the dial indicator pointer reflects the error value of the part.

This inspection method complies with the requirements of the GB/T 1958-2017 "Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) - Geometrical Tolerancing - Verification" standard.

2. Precision Inspection Surface Plate

              Precision Inspection Surface Plates are used for various technical measurements and workpiece inspection tasks. They serve as the reference plane for precision measurement and the measurement datum for machine tool mechanical inspection. Equipped with other measuring tools, they are used to check the dimensional accuracy or geometric deviations of parts, or for precision marking of machined workpieces. Precision surface plates are indispensable basic measuring tools in mechanical manufacturing.

The flatness accuracy of the working surface is the main precision indicator of a surface plate. Its tolerance value determines the accuracy grade of the plate. General accuracy grades for surface plates are: Grade 00, Grade 0, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3. Typically, the working surfaces of plates above Grade 2 require manual scraping to meet the requirements.

3.Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

             Ultrasonic flaw detector is a portable industrial non-destructive flaw detection instrument. It can quickly, conveniently, non-destructively and accurately detect, locate, evaluate and diagnose various defects (cracks, looseness, pores, inclusions, etc.) inside the workpiece. It can be used in laboratories and engineering sites.

             When ultrasonic waves propagate in the material being tested, the acoustic properties of the material and the changes in the internal organization have a certain impact on the propagation of ultrasonic waves. The technology of understanding the changes in material properties and structures by detecting the degree and condition of the impact of ultrasonic waves is called ultrasonic testing. Ultrasonic testing methods usually include penetration method, pulse reflection method, serial method, etc.

             Digital ultrasonic flaw detectors usually emit ultrasound to the object being tested (such as industrial materials, human body), and then use its reflection, doppler effect, transmission, etc. to obtain information inside the object being tested and form an image after processing.
